Art Task
Imagine you have been asked to curate an art exhibition at a new public gallery in Dubai.
You are able to borrow works of art from the Tate gallery for this.
You might decide to focus on a particular theme, such as “work” or “nature”.
Task 1)
Make a power point presentation explaining which art works you would choose and tell us why you have selected them?
Task 2)
Create explanation labels for each art work – these would be displayed next to the exhibits to inspire and inform visitors.
Art KS4 Stretch & Challenge task
Task 3)
Create a poster and other publicity material for the exhibition.
Task 4)
Design gifts inspired by the works you have chosen – these could be sold in the gallery shop.
